Export the participant information from your waiver to a CSV file and open in Excel or other spreadsheet software. Segment the data however you like; by zip code, email address, age, etc. All data submitted by your customers can be downloaded.

If you're a programmer (or know someone that is) you can use Smartwaiver's API to integrate with your CMS or local database. All participant information submitted by your customers is accessible.
