    I ordered Maui Jim sunglasses and when they arrived they just plain looked awful on my face. I sent an email to find out what if anything I could do. A gentleman named Leo got back to me and helped me facilitate my exchange because I found another pair I liked. It started to become along time with glasses delivered so I sent another email. Low and behold I sent the returned original pair out UPS and it was supposed to go USPS. These folks tracked down my original pair in postal never never land for me and are expressing out the new pair.... the whole time I was waiting for additional charges...fees...or to be told that I was SOL but just plain old great service and help the entire way through. If I ever need glasses again it's a no brainer!

    Don't hesitate, great product, shipping and service
    When I first realized the company was located in china I almost cancelled. I am very glad I did not, the quality was great and shipping was faster than companies located in th US.... also the price was the best by a significant amount.

    Had me worried, but came through
    The order did take longer than I had anticipated, but it did arrive, and it was exactly what I ordered, box & case and all! The real downside was: the box was completely crushed up. Had to throw the box away, un-presentable (this is a gift). Luckily the glasses were not damaged.
