I like the foyer-study-open concept great room and kitchen portion of this floor plan and how the stairs are out of the way...but would move kid bedrooms upstairs and turn that space into a media room and office/playroom.

I wish that I had seen this before we built our house!!! I LOVE This floor plan! I would move utilities into the master closet, make the garage a doggy area with heat/air and put a doggy tub in there too. I WANT this house!!!!
