I ordered a canvas for a Christmas present and it arrived with a big black marker pen mark all over it. I contacted them strait away and they sent me another straight out. Very good service and I got my gift in time for Christmas too. That's why it's 5 ⭐️

Ordering was easy goods arrived promptly and just as I ordered. Only query is, the delivery date offered on the website was longer than I would have expected so I paid extra for a slightly quicker delivery. They arrived far more quickly than the promised delivery date so I wonder if it was necessary to pay extra?

The software was easy to use.
The delivery date was met.
The jigsaw was a ravensberger have had their jigsaws before so know good quality.
