I've created this as a way to expand what I am doing on YouTube. Basically, I want to serve you better but in order to do that, I need your help... For those of you who don't know, I've been creating mental health videos on YouTube for 6 years. My goal is to deliver helpful, safe & accurate mental health information to a global audience.
Many of you asked how long it takes me to create a video, and I honestly didn't know. After noting the time I spend each week researching, filming, editing, uploading, etc. I realized that it takes me roughly 8 hours to create one video for our community... That's a lot of time! Especially if you think about the fact that I have already created over 900 videos... and that doesn't even account for the hours I spend each day answering your questions or interacting with you online.
This channel has grown so much, that it has become a full-time job. Through Patreon I hope to be able to spend even more time interacting with you and growing our community. I love what I do online and it feel like this is what I'm meant to do. If you have the means, I'd love it if you would support our community growth.

With this many of us working together, I am actually going to start taking Sundays off. LOL. No but seriously, I am working around the clock and just knowing that there is going to be some days off helps. Also, I plan on speaking at local Los Angeles schools that may not be able to afford having a speaker come out.
