Be clearer when specifying what the insurance covers; don’t be deceptive with your wording.

Easy to find a hotel with what I wanted in the area I wanted! Loved I could narrow down by a pool.

Don’t book and charged if you don’t have cars available, I spend 6 hours between waiting ti get the card and once I was at the front desk they told that the didn’t have a card for me. Worst experience ever

Website is easy to navigate. Many options were available and the pricing was terrific.

I am furious! I made the reservations on 12/31 and canceled on 1/1 and they will only give me back $200 of the $500 I paid! On their site it said to get a full refund I had to cancel by 1/1 which I did!! So I will never ever book with them again! We are a military family and they basically stole $300 from us! I didn’t even have the reservation for 12 hours before I canceled it!

I didn’t like the website.

The Frontier airline didn’t let me take the fly, I came at 8:20 AM they didn’t have the machines on to take my ticket. I came one hour before the fly.

Easy to book. Good rates. Its nice taxes are included in price so you know the exact cost when looking through flights.
