We are headquartered in Houston, Texas and have historically engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of oil and natural gas properties onshore in Louisiana and Texas and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico Shelf, which is an area in less than 1,000 feet of water ("GoM Shelf"). We have historically focused on development and extension drilling on our existing core properties to enhance production and ultimate recovery of reserves, supplemented by exploration and strategic acquisitions from time to time. Our acquisition strategy has historically been to target mature, oil-producing properties on the GoM Shelf and the U.S. Gulf Coast that have not been thoroughly exploited by prior operators. We believe these activities have provided us with an inventory of low-risk recompletion and drilling opportunities in our geographic area of expertise.  ... More ...
