Unless the context indicates otherwise, the terms the "Company," "Duluth," "Duluth Trading," "Duluth Holdings," "we," "our" or "us" are used to refer to Duluth Holdings Inc. and its subsidiary on a consolidated basis. Effective February 2013, we changed our fiscal year end from December 31 to the Sunday nearest to January 31. The following discussion contains references to fiscal years 2015, 2014 and 2013, which refer to our fiscal years ended January 31, 2016, February 1, 2015 and February 2, 2014, respectively. Fiscal years 2015, 2014 and 2013 were 52-week periods. On November 25, 2015, our "S" corporation status terminated and we converted to a "C" corporation. We became subject to corporate-level federal and state income taxes at prevailing corporate rates. See Note 8 "Income Taxes," to our Consolidated Financial Statements included in this Annual Report on Form 10-K for additional information regarding our "S" corporation termination.  ... More ...
