You can also submit the feedback on website by submitting your Login ID/registered Email ID/Mobile Number. Upon receiving the feedback, your request will be processed within TAT of 12 working hours and you will get the revert on your Email ID. You will also get one unique Reference ID after submitting the feedback which can be used to track the status of the request.

There is no option to deactivate the mobile number separately, only account can be deactivated. Don't worry, if any Locality is not available on our website, you can still post your property on our website. Such properties will be visible on our website once search has been made in Particular City under which the property has been posted.
In Order to add the Locality in our list: You can send and email with subject as ‘Add Locality Request’ to [email protected] along with the name of locality, name of city, Latitude and Longitude of the locality. Upon receiving the request, concerned team will verify the details thorugh Google Map and once the verification is done, Locality will be added on our website within TAT of 24 working hours.

Why my properties got expired before 60 days of duration?
As per the site functionality, once the package subscribed in your account is expired, all the active properties posted in your account will also get expired.
There is no such option where properties can be shown on search results after the expiry of the package. However, you may renew your package to post the properties on our website.
After subscribing/renewing the package, you can refresh your expired properties and one listing balance will get deducted from your account against each refresh.
If the package is not renewed within 7 days of the expiry of old package, all the expired properties will be deleted automatically from your account.
We would suggest you to renew your package before the expiry of the Old Package. By doing this, your active properties wil not get expired before 60 days and will get complete visibility of 60 days from the date of posting on our website.

Once you key in the basic information, the phone number of the advertiser will be displayed and sent to you on your Mobile number and Email ID mention at the time of making contact.

How can I view the details of the property I am interested in?
To view the details of the property, click anywhere on the property listing and the detail page will open.
On that page, you can check the complete information of the property mentioned by the property advertiser at the time of property posting.

In order to submit the feedback for any property posted on Magicbricks.com, you can click on 'Report' option available in each property.

Magicbricks connects genuine property seekers with property advertisers, and thus the number of contacts one can make on a site is limited. In case, user is looking to contact more property buyer's, please assist the user to buy 'Owners Package' and make more contacts to property owners.
We would suggest you to make only genuine contacts while searching for the property on website.
This is an automated feature which ensures that advertisers who have posted their properties on our website, receive genuine queries from the buyers. Once the specified time (which is maximum 90 days) will be over, you will be able to make the contacts on website again.
What is a Sub-user & why do I need to create sub-users?
Sub-users may be created by agents who have a vast business and need to manage a large number of listings. Once a sub-user is created, you can allocate a set of listings to sub-users. These sub-users can then post listings on behalf of their clients & track on responses received on those listings.
This will help you to manage your properties and projects of different areas with ease as you can allocate the listings to the Sub-user. You can check/manage the Sub-user details from your account whenever you desire.

No, due to security reasons the Primary Email ID and Login ID cannot be changed but you can update your alternate Email ID in your account and select the check box. After updating the alternate Email ID you will get all the alerts on your alternate Email ID only.

How many Sub-users I will get against 100 listings package?
You will be able to create 5 Sub-users against a 100 listings package or more than 100 listings package from your account.
Will an Individual be able to create Sub-user?
No, this facility is only available for Agent/Brokers and Builder/Developers having a package of minimum 100 Listings.
Can I delete a Sub-user and create a new one?
You can delete the sub-users; but, in case you have already added 5 sub-users, you cannot delete one sub-user and add another one in its place.
We would suggest you to edit the Sub-user details instead of Deleting the Sub-user."
How can I edit Sub-user details?

Please follow below steps to EDIT the Sub-user’s details:
Login into your Magicbricks Super-user's account with the username and password.

Click on Manage Sub-users option given on the left side of your screen.
You will get the list of all the Sub-users available in your account.
Click on 'Change Details' from the right of Sub-user which you want to modify/edit. Click on 'Edit Sub User Details' link given below.

The Sub-user’s profile usually takes 6 to 24 hours to get screened. Until then, the properties posted under the Sub-user account will not be visible on website.

Login to Magicbricks and click on 'Contacts/Responses' tab under 'My Magicbox'. The list of all the responses received in the last 3 months will be shown.
How can I filter the responses received by different sub- users?

Select the name of the Sub-User from the 'Filter by' dropdown and hit 'GO'. Responses received by that sub-user will be shown.
You can also select ""All"" to view the responses recieved against properties posted by Main-user and Sub-User accounts.
How can I download my responses?

Click on the 'Download Responses' link on the right to get all the responses in an Excel.

Select the parameters on which you wish to download like property responses, requirement responses, project/Microsite, mailer response etc. and select the start and end date on which the responses were received.
Can I view old responses in my account? If yes, is there a limit to the number of days/ months?

You can view responses that are less than 3 months old from your account. You can donwload responses that are less than 6 months old from your account. Responses for only 1 month can be downloaded at a time.

You can also check the old responses received on your registered Email ID.

Mobile number verification: Magicbricks now offers you leads that have their contact number verified to help you get genuine buyers.
Currently mobile number of 98% of leads are verified.
Mobile number verification is done through SMS, IVR and tele calling.
Intent Information: The intent of making the contact (e.g. interested in Site visit, interested in immediate purchase) are captured to ensure that our clients get maximum information about the buyers’ needs and offer them with right set of options.
Spam Removal: Users who consistently make excessive contacts are automatically identified and marked as spam.
Duplicity Check: Contacts for the same property by the same user more than once a day are filtered out.

How can I download the Properties available in my account in Excel file?

This option is not available on the site now. There is no such option from where you can download the posted properties. However, you can check the properties from your account under option 'Manage Properties'.

Why my properties are not visible on higher/top positions on search pages even when I am posting/refreshing the properties regularly?
The position of the listing in search results is determined by LQS (Listing Quality Score). LQS is a function of recency, property completion score, relevance to user search criteria, package type and spam quotient (duplicate properties posted) of the advertiser. There are different weightages given to each parameter. So we never guarantee top position in the search results. Listings with same LQS are rotated on periodic basis to give equal impression share to all clients.
On search pages, users who have high number of unique properties will be shown on higher visibility. 2 consecutive listings by such user is also possible. There are some other factors as well which are important for higher visibility.
We would request you to please post unique properties only.
Please upload 100% accurate details in property and fill all the columns to generate the high completion score.
Please upload number of images and video as well.
Do not post junk information in the property.

We will arrange the Physical Verification of your property within 5 working days from the date of receipt of request.
How do I get the Verified on Site Tag?
This is a service available for paid users who have purchased listings package from Magicbricks.com. There is no additional charge for getting your property verified through Magicbricks.com.
You can place the request by calling on our helpline number 0124-4869300 from your registsred mobile number or by sending a mail at [email protected] from your registered Email ID. You can also submit your feedback on our website or can contact your sales person directly.
You need to provide the Property IDs of listings which you would like to get verified. The property must meet the verified criteria. 'Residential Property' and 'Ready to Move In' Property can only be verified.
After receiving your request, one of our executive will get in touch with you and visit at your given property address to verify the property details within 5 working days.
