The journalist safety edition of The IRE Journal is available free to IRE members. The print edition is mailing, and a digital PDF of the magazine can be downloaded now.

“It’s an especially difficult time to be a journalist,” IRE executive director Diana Fuentes writes in her opening letter. “Please take the time to read about the resources available and the preparations you should make before problems arise. They may not often say it, or even realize it, but the public needs us. It’s up to us to stay on the job — healthy and ready for the next big story.”
