Health and happiness first

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following guidance from the World Health Organization, public health officials and local government agencies to ensure the safety, health, and happiness of our Happy Socks Crew, customers, and communities.

We have limited the operating hours and closed some of our retail stores around the world. We are also asking our Happy Socks Crew based in our offices to work remotely. In the stores that remain open, we are taking active steps to protect the health of our Happy Socks Crew and customers, including:

• Regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas, including our cash desk, hardware, product displays, and handles and glass doors with disinfecting cleaner
• Availability of hand sanitizers for customers and Happy Socks Crew in all stores, and wash our hands often and thoroughly
• Ensuring our Happy Socks Crew have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they are feeling unwell.
• Continuously update and communicate any changes to our policy based on ongoing recommendations from the WHO, local governments, and public health agencies to ensure we are providing a safe and healthy environment for all office and store staff, our customers and communities.
