Little Ferry, NJ location. First time went there, was great experience. Last two times have been bel...ow satisfactory. Ordered cheese steaks with a combo (fries/soda). Was charged for each item separately. When I asked the cashier, he said it was something about a new menu they're still learning, and the combo is only for to go orders without a sandwich. I told him it says nothing about that on the menu, and he just looked at me. Eventually the store manager came over and refunded me the difference. Was back there about a week ago, and again, same thing. Ordered a combo, charged a la carte. And you can't even question what you're being charged before you pay because there's no display facing the customer of what you're paying for. I just tried calling corporate at 203-649-3406. What business doesn't answer the phone at 2:30, 3:30, 4:00 and 4:30 on a Wednesday? Anyway, I've been to Wayback 3 times, and it seems like each one has gotten worse. Why have a combo option on a menu if you won't sell it to customers, and they think they're getting it when they order, only to find out after paying they're not? Very deceptive. Won't be back until there's at least a way for me to see what I'm being charged before I pay. Ещё
