Highly disappointed with the knowledge of the ticket agent at the box office. We specifically drove from Chandler to the box office in Phoenix the day before the event just to purchase Disney On Ice ...tickets because we had questions about the seating chart. We have small children and wanted to purchase the closest seats possible. The floor seats (row AA) were sold out but row BB and row 1 were available. Both row BB and row 1 were $60/seat. We asked if row BB was elevated above row AA or if both rows were on the ground. The ticket agent did not know the answer so he got up and asked someone else. We are absolutely ok with that because when he came back with the answer, we thought that we were getting the correct answer. He told us that row BB is NOT elevated above row AA but row 1 was elevated. Therefore, we purchased seats in row 1. Only to find out when we arrived the next day that row BB IS elevated above row AA. So we were now 3 rows back and our daughters couldn't see past the 2 rows ahead of us. Therefore, we had to miss the beginning of the show to go to guest relations to see if we could get different seats. By then, all of row BB was sold out. Our only option was to get booster seats for our daughters which didn't really help. So in the end we could have spent the same amount of money for better seats if the ticket agent was more knowledgeable. Despite our view, the show was incredible and Molly, the guest service representative was very nice. For that we are thankful. #disneyonice #followyourheart הצג עוד

Last night, May 2, 2018, we attended Justin Timberlake concert. Your sound system and acoustics were horrendous! We could not hear anything the DJ was saying, nor the opening band, Shadowboxers, nor... what Justin Timberlake was saying/singing. We paid $500 for 2 seats, section 115, row 23 seat 4 and section 115, row 24 seat 4. We were better off staying at home, saving money and listening to JT’s album at home!
You all know how to charge $14 a beer without blinking an eye. How about using some of your profits and fix the audio/sound?

My fiancé and I went to the Kid Rock concert here in Phoenix a few weeks ago and the wheelchair accessible seating (not cheep seats) was right behind the VIP seating
So when the concert started all ...the VIP people stood up for the whole show blocking the whole row of wheelchair bound people. Nobody could see anything �
Why would you do that???? Someone wasn’t thinking when they planned out the seating chart

CHECK YOUR CONCESSION RECEIPTS!!! Myself, as well as the 3 people in line behind me were charged MORE for any of the beer we purchased, than what is posted on the sign. Yes, I have proof of what was p...aid, and I have a picture of the sign itself. When I asked the lady about it, she immediately couldn’t speak English good enough to answer how to contact her Management team. But, when she was selling stuff to people, she spoke and understood English enough to take our money and not charge correctly! She directed me to the Talking Stick Resort Arena folks. The TSRA folks said to contact the Concession folks. No one wants to be responsible. I am calling my bank today to dispute the charges and get a refund on my concession purchases.

They tossed two Women Marines from Miranda Lambert concert. s civilian was upset my hip hit her while I was dancing as Miranda Lambert come on. She then hit me, and pushed me. Poured her drink in my b...oot and down the back of my Devil Dog Sister Admitted doing so. But the two Women Marines who don't lie were tossed on the 2nd song.
My ball cap was taken to get to sign. Ill never see that cap again.

I am not a wrestling fan, but my retired military veteran husband loves it! We were given tickets to attend the 4th of July matches. It was our first visit to the arena and must give praise to an awes...ome security guard named Buddy. My husband is almost 80 years old and uses a walker and from the moment we entered the building, Buddy made sure we were cared for! He made sure we reached our seats and took the walker to a secure area and brought it back to us after the matches ended! He made sure we went out the correct entrance and refused the tip we offered! Click on the charity upsell when buying a ticket, suddenly cannot check out since "print at home" is not available for the upsell item and I ultimately lose the ticket. Since it was front row sidestag...e, nothing else I can pull seems quite as appealing. The Boys & Girls club loses the donation and I skip the concert. הצג עוד

Today, my family came from Tucson to the arena to see WWE Smackdown for July 4th. This was highly anticipated for us considering our 9 year old is OBSESSED with wrestling. Because my husband is active... duty Air Force, we waited to purchase tickets until the day of at the box office. We got our tickets and headed to our seats only to find out our seats did not exist. They were covered by a black tarp and hidden behind screens numerous screens. My husband went back to the ticket office only to be told that there was nothing they could do and everything was sold out. Except, of course, tickets that were $150 extra. All things considered, we paid the money and are enjoying the show. However, I am baffled at this type of customer service from a place that screwed up and caused the problem to begin with. Any other time we would have picked our own seats online. Guess that will be our move next time too. I would recommend the same for everyone else. Would be nicer if the seating wasn't so tight. Kind of sucks when you're sitting there with a knee brace and can't move your leg very well.
