Went to Suhring last night to experience German Cuisine ! Beautiful place , service want to be profe...ssional ... The food is sophisticated and complicated ! You need someone to explain what you are eating otherwise you may not find out ! To my opinion lack of taste but the presentation is perfect and very well done ... it’s an experience ! The room we sit was a bit noisy . The weakest point was the wine pairing , poor quality wine ... Maybe i expected too much before but I am quite disappointed ! To my opinion they didn’t deserve at all 2 star Michelin ! Of course overpriced for what we experienced ...

Wonderful experience Went there with my Japanese company most of them are first time for German food... they all loved it and I got to say is Delicious outstanding German food in town we all fell in love with single dish presentation and preparation was amazing Every single bite is super intense. Welcoming and caring chef Thomas and Mathias and also staff. If you are looking for something really special, that's the place to go. עוד
