scam. doesn't pick up the phone especially if you mention wanting to cancel your monthly contribution.

EDIT!! V IMPORTANT! everything was solved so nicely and the people there were so nice and quick ...to cancel my monthly contribution. everyone here works v hard and as someone who is of the working class (the min wage working class to be exact) I can totally understand the need for patience and the lack of them ansering phones and updating their new locations. not a scam. great people, and I hope to one day become financially stable again so I can keep donating in the future. They do not answer the phonesand they will not call me back. I have been trying to cancel payments and they continually withdraw them. I have to change my bank account.
