I had an incredible experience at the NGI. I did the Gkuten Free Vegan Cooking and Baking + Pizza f...or all eaters classes. The chefs are so knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. The receipes were delicious and easy to make. All the staff were very helpful as well, from the kitchen to the reception. I'd like to thank Lena and Judith for making my experience at NGI unforgettable! Judith, thank you so much for helping me choose the books I wanted to buy, for recommending health documentaries and for helping me with the bus/train routes in Manhattan. You are incredible and made my NGI experience even happier and better! עוד

A wonderful school that not only imparts a tremendous culinary education but a health education on f...ood and disease as well. It was the best decision of my life to attend NGI, and it really helped expand my career and help so many clients nutritionally and through health-based cooking and raw food prep. It is amazing and an honor, as an alum, to now sell my food product at NGI and I always love going back, when in town, to visit the instructors and all the wonderful people who work at NGI and make it thrive...I think that says it all! עוד
