Makeup Geek is far superior compared to... major, name-brand makeup companies. Their shades are amazingly unique and so pigmented.
Their customer service is the fastest and personal. Their customer service team thinks above and beyond. For example, I shared with them how much I love and will miss their eyeshadow, Insomnia, and then they send me Insomnia at a discounted price along with two other eyeshadows similar to Insomnia. I never expected that from them! See More

I’ve followed Marlena’s youtube videos for 10 years but only recently bought / tried her shadows. Th...ey are fantastic quality products. I’ve used MAC products for years, but wanting to make a switch to Cruelty-Free products I started the hunt. And landed quite happily in the MUG universe.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My package has been lost for awhile, and UPS told me... to reach out to MUG's customer service. I sent 3 emails asking if they could tell me what address they had on file for my package, to see if there was an error made. Not ONE response back. Probably isn't their fault that the package was lost, but someone should have responded to me. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Still waiting for my package. Wish I could actually review the products I ordered. Who knows if I'll ever get them. Thinking it's not worth the headache ��� See More
