While every Israeli must serve their country upon turning 18 years old, there are brave volunteers from all over the world who willingly leave their families to... serve in the IDF. While most Israelis can go home on the weekends or when they have time off, lone soldiers have no one to turn to. Our lone soldier program provides these brave young men and women with housing, mentoring, a 24-hour call center, financial grants, flights to visit their families abroad, Shabbat meals, holiday gift packages, social gatherings, and so much more.
