Absolutely awful and inflexible after-sales service: not even 4 months after buying my PC, I had to ...return it for repair. The procedure takes 1 month altogether. 2 weeks after coming back from Bol, the PC developed further problems, making it unusable again. I explained to Bol that I need the PC for my work. Bol does not care. They say I must send it back a second time and somehow work without a PC for another month. I would prefer a reimbursement or replacement. Never buy a PC from Bol. עוד
I am immensely disappointed with the Klantenservice of bol.com. I had placed an order on the 14th of... May and have still not received it. Bol.com claims to have sent it via PostNL but without track and trace. They are not accepting it that the product is undelivered to me. Meanwhile I had already paid for this and now my money is stuck! I have paid for something I haven’t received!

Ik heb vanmiddag 3x Hue GU10 besteld heb, en bij het afrekenen kon kiezen voor levering op dezelfde ...dag. Dat heb ik gedaan en 's middags kreeg ik een bericht waarin werd aangegeven dat de levering tussen 18.19 en 18.49 zou plaatsvinden. Dat gebeurde door "Red je Pakketje" pakketdienst. Ik moet zeggen dat ik enorm onder de indruk ben van deze service. Los van de waanzinnige goede prijs van de Hue lampen (bulk deal) is de levering exact zoals ik me zoiets voorstel. Zeer snel, stipt, accuraat en met een prima communicatie. Beste Bol punt com.....ga zo door!! Complimenten!! עוד
