I opened a claim and have received no suppo...rt on the matter while my investments are in the system unmanaged. i have a Problem with my binance Login Account , after updating the software on my iPhone it doesn’t accept my password anymore, even after setting a new password I couldn’t login in , contacted ...the support yesterday still no answer ... any advice ? How long does it take to get answer from you guys ? There are lot of people outside in several Facebook groups facing this problem and you didn’t offer a real working solution at all. If this is what happens after an update than you should wash some heads in the support team ! Make a tutorial how you can solve the problem, after an update there are two binance apps running on the iPhone , the new one did not accept the password and if you reset the password both apps didn’t work anymore and send error requests for the password ! Why does the new app doesn’t replace the old one ??? Your app is not licensed by the apple store ! There must be a detailed „how to solve“ from you guys before it appears as a running bad image Gag for your company ... I love the app. But I broke my phone and had to restart with new one. . Once I log in it ask for a 2 step code.. so I re downloaded Google Auth code and try to login and set that up and it's ask for ...a binace bar code. Its been 13 days and my issue with a transfer still not solved i tried every platform like binance support raised multiple tickets ,we chat, QQi even i emailed them multiple times but didnt got any po...sitive reply from them i am a little diasppointed with there support team i texted them in private here with complete details past two days but they dont even given me a single reply ....my friend transferred some ADA around 13 days ago it shows transaction complete from his end but not showing in my account i have provided every details in private along with the screenshots still waiting for a reply from them הצג עוד

The very first experience with Binance was absolutely gorgeous, easygoing and hasslefree. I deposited Litecoin and Ether and did a nice shopping. I was really convinced to have found a good exchange a...nd was lucky.
They even support all the forks, so you just need to hold your Coins on Binance and they will keep crediting free coins. :)
Then i got confused with the Deposits, crediting and thought it was Binance's fault, but it wasn't.
So i figured out now that the support on fb works better than on their website.

I used Binance for one week only, felt good untill i need a reset on my 2FA. The Support pages on the website provide apropriate information how to handle.
The only problem is that althoug they claim ...to give a response on the issue in 48hours till now nothing happened after 5 days.
It can get more worse, if i see cases on this page and also on the reddit site that people still waiting for weeks,

I had been trying to get my google 2FA reset for almost 4 days now. I had emailed and sent all... the needs docs to have it reset and I had not heard from them since the time I sent them the necessary docs that is needed. It’s quite frustrating!!!! If I had a choice I will not give them any stars.

So far my experience has been very positive. No problems logging into my account. Its a very simple platform to navigate and easy to start trades. So far no issues.
Authentication was very quick and w...as able to start trading within about two hours.

I have some issue with the 2FA , for some reason it stopped working , I faced this issue last week , I have contacted you with every way I can find , but there was no reply on any of them .
You are de...aling with someones money , it is something that needs an instance support when facing an issue not ignoring it, or even at the least inform us that you are working on our issue , a simple email will put our mind at ease .
And lastly I have submitted a request to reset my "Google auth 2FA", and provided the required documents , so please help me with this ASAP .(302358)

******UPDATE******

To solve your issue faster follow these steps :

1) raise a support ticket to reset your 2FA .
2) record the support ticket number that will be assigned to you via your email.
3) Download the Telegram app.
4) Subscribe to the Binance English Channel
5) Then contact with the Binance Angels and Binance Customer support and tell them about your issue and provide them with your ticket number. הצג עוד

I personally use the app ‘Authy’ for 2FA verification. If you use Google Authenticator and loose access to the app (lost phone/reset/delete) you are locked out of your Binance account. With Authy you can regain access to all your 2FA accounts with a master password (make sure you don’t forget that one �). Problem solved!

Also use BNB for transaction fees.. that way you won’t be stuck with tiny altcoin amounts הצג עוד
