The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is a quantitative tool that benchmarks a pro...perty company or fund’s energy efficiency and broader sustainability performance at the portfolio level. GRESB actively works with USGBC, and with all of the large real estate industry associations, including the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the PREA in the United States.
In 2018 GRESB assessed 903 real estate funds and property companies, 75 infrastructure funds, 280 infrastructure assets and 25 debt portfolios.
More than 90 institutional investors use GRESB data and analytical tools to engage with investment managers to enhance and protect shareholder value. GRESB Investor Members represent over USD 22 trillion in institutional capital. עוד
