they've become a money hungry, greedy business. They offer people these so called deals if they prep...ay for their subscriptions, but you don't get what you paid for. My mother recently found out that the company is screwing people and unless people stop buying the paper then it will continue. For example my mother pays for 8 weeks of home delivery but she actually only gets about 6 weeks. The reason for this a according to Customer service is, all those extras that are put into the papers (ex. flyers, coupon books, Red Sox season line up, just to name a few) are considered "Premium Papers" and they cost more. So the paper is charging people extra for a bunch of stuff that you can get for free otherwise. Stay far away from subscriptions from these crooks!! We pay so much money to have this paper delivered every day. Our delivery person has decided to just... stop putting the paper in our box and throw it in the driveway. Never had a problem before, we've been getting the telegram delivered for years. However, for the past two months, despite complaints filed, our carrier decides to throw it wherever she wants. This morning's Sunday issue was sitting in a puddle, and is unreadable. Thanks T&G, you get your money in advance so who cares if we can actually read the paper right??? הצג עוד
