Well we were planning on going to New Haven today, but I think the weather is not going to be on our side 🙁. We are booked the rest of this week. Planning on next Tuesday and maybe Wednesday !!

When you show up for work and there is NO fan because 'someone' said summer is over 😠 Summer on the truck is 150, Fall on the truck is 120, winter on the truck is 80-100....we NEED a fan year round ...
What a crazy busy weekend it has been ! To the man that thought waiting 1 minute and 34 seconds while we took potatoes out of the oven and I refilled the water, I am sorry you thought we were 'cleaning the truck' and ignoring you. I don't think I deserved your wrath. There were 18 other trucks without a line for your dining pleasure. While we appreciate EVERY single person that waits in our line, we know sometimes it gets crazy, but we always do our best!! We had such a great weekend meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends !!
I forgot how busy these fairs can get !! Seeing Tina and Ryan and their goats was definitely the highlight of my night... Brisket from Bears Smokehouse was awesome and I cant thank Telat from Sultan Kebab enough for keeping us full...and for the watermelon! You rock !! 2 more days at The Wapping Fair then off to see my Spud Nugget ! I CANT WAIT !!!!
