When i first started in the food truck business i went to Wallingford and asked for some help on get...ting my fryers started, Craig was so nice in helping me, any question i asked he answered, and his wife Krista is the nicest person u can talk to. and there potatoes OMG they are one whole meal, my kids Love The Spud Stud, in all honesty there potatoes r the best. The Spud Stud catered a youth hockey parents event for us at the Black Hog this past December and di...d an AMAZING JOB!!! There was such a wide variety of foods to choose from and all the food was delicious! Being the person that was helping put on the event, I was relieved to see everyone at the event was complimenting the food, and the staff was courteous and efficient. The timing went smoothly between serving the guests, and also between dinner and dessert/coffee. We did a lot of research on local food trucks and this was definitely the most reasonably priced and far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend the Spud Stud! עוד

This food truck is one of the best I have ever been too. It's so good that my fiancee and I have bee...n stalking them for the past couple of weeks. We love their food and the owners of the truck are super nice. עוד
