They sell (with annual subscription) as Premium Dossier ($365,00 value) a collection of public and easily recognisable data from Companies Public Annual Report. When you download it you realise it's t...oo late to ask to be refund, because the misleading refund policy said: "Your account must be unused and to complete the refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase." - from legal page on their site - and indeed they reply: "The finance department has reported that your account was used to view premium statistics and for this reason we cannot cancel or refund your account."

I'm confused because the use of the account in a timed service is a concept that binds at the same time spent in service and nothing else. הצג עוד

Just received one call from one of their sales who hasn't been able to tell me from where they had my number and when I would have authorized them to use it to propose their products/services (which t...hey have to be able to do by French law).

One day after purchasing a single user license we were accidentally logged into our company from two computers. Instead of a warning, we were informed that we have to increase to a corporate account f...or 4,000 euros more per year or that we will be notified. However, the terms and conditions reserve the right to block or cancel the account if you log in with different IP addresses at the same time. The website is very misleading, it misleads you into thinking you are paying for monthly subscription, and once you entered your credit card details, they charge you for the whole year. I tried speaki...ng to customer service demanding a refund, and they refuse, and said minimal subscription is one year. If this is the case, don't show the monthly subscription fee. I feel like this is the main tactic the Statista uses to boost their revenue. הצג עוד

Misleading website that said research report was more than it was. Then I couldn't cancel b/c they said I downloaded the report. Obviously I need to download it to see what it was. Fraudulent company.

I purchased a product on the site for about 600.00. I was not given access to what I understood that I was buying. The phone numbers I tried to call were disconnected. When I reached support, the... rep attempted up sell me a $6000 product. I requested a refund. He sent me a sample of a $6000 report. It is not what I need. The company is refusing to issue a refund.
