Presentazione scarsa・Cibo deludente
Worst experience ever! 🤬
Ordered Caesar side salad and got house salad asked for it to be corrected ...she just removes toppings brought it back didn’t even change the dressing just left the ranch in the cups and plain lettuce.. then we complained again and she took the salad back smothered it in RANCH mixed it up and brought it back yet again..I got sick of sending it back so I just pushed it to the side and didn't eat a thing... She never refilled drinks NOT ONCE and my daughter (who we were taking out as a trip home from a National Guard Academy) ordered a combo with ribs and fries she came back saying it came with 2 sides and she needed to order another side item, so she said Mac n cheese ... we were then billed $18 for the combo and an additional charge for the sides and did I mention her ribs were so burned she couldn’t eat them 🤦🏻‍♀️..
My husband ordered a steak and asked for no potatoes and veggies as the sides.. she brought him a plain dry hamburger steak on top of ... you guessed it.. POTATOES 🤷🏻‍♀️
We were fuming and just wanted out of the place after being argued with over additional charges for the sides that came with the freaking meal
Soooo after an hour, being disrespected, and $50 less we had absolutely nothing to eat we were left sitting there staring at 3 full plates of food and 3 empty glasses 🤬 In addition it costs us more money to go someplace else and actually eat. Altro...

they are always out of prime rib place smells like piss and always. have bad service will never eat ...there again. p.s. third time this has happened Altro...

Started out terrible with the host that seated us, had a toothpick sticking out of his mouth. My raw... steak was supposed to be cooked medium. Dad's potatoes were cold. Mom's salad was completely wrong. My asparagus was hard as celery. Server said "I know your service was terrible tonight, but I'll make it up to y'all when you come back again". That's NEVER going to happen!! Altro...
