I need to renew my Israeli passport before I travel to Israel in October. It is impossible to get an... appointment. I spent 3 hours on the website checking every day for an appointment for the next two months, and nothing. I have been calling, but you can't get through to talk to a person.
The website is so outdated and not user friendly at all.
