Great hotel! Very nice staff and I'd like to give a specific shout out to housekeeping staff for keeping everything nice and neat. However, I'm slightly disappointed. The reason why? Because the hotel... restaurant was closed and no one told us about this. We were excited to try out the place. We booked the hotel because of this this. We even called down to asked if reservations were necessary to which the front desk replied with no. They had no mention of the restaraunt was being remodeled until we showed up for breakfast expecting a full menu. The lovely waiter offered to comp our breakfast but, as a previous server, I couldn't ask him to shell out $40 for breakfast for two. That money would have come out of his pocket and we couldn't do that. Anyway, needless to say, slightly disappointed about the food (they should have mentioned that previously) but everything else was great. Fantastic location and all. Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel and great central location! Beautiful view and amazing room service breakfast! We had a great stay...only complaints are that the overnight parking/valet was a bit exp...ensive and the bed was a bit hard for our liking. I know you can't satisfy everyone with a bed, but it was pretty uncomfortable for the quality of hotel it was. We overall had a good stay. Thank you! הצג עוד

When my company booked me for a week at the Grand Hyatt Denver I was excited, but the service is less than expected. I wouldn't stay here again and I won't recommend you to others.
Our reservation was... lost at the hotel because the corporate office emailed me 4 hours before my flight left California. The front desk staff made us wait for another email copy of the company credit card authorization form.
The website is not clear that parking for hotel guests will be $42 daily [includes overnight].
The 10% discount at the on site restaurant is only available for the breakfast buffet that's $18 and way too much food for 1 person.
No shuttle to or from the airport or train station.
For a hotel in the middle of Downtown Denver I expected much much more. הצג עוד

Rooms are great, Location is perfect but I had to ask for toilet paper because it was only 1 roll and had to ask twice for more coffee. When I finally got coffee it was for the wrong machine so it too...k 30 minutes for the coffee to arrive. Also the staff at the restaurant was terrible, they need to check on people more often and ask what people want to drink when they sit down. At check out the manager did comp the restaurant bill. Great facility/accommodations! And I cannot speak highly enough of their diligence to dietary considerations. Eating while traveling/away from home with celiac disease can be so intimidating. Their nu...merous (well-labeled!) meal options (room service and catering) as well as the staff's attentiveness to food allergies, etc. were so, so helpful/comforting/appreciated! הצג עוד

This review is for conference functions. I attended a conference here; I am a local so didn't stay and can't speak to the rooms. That being said, their staff is ridiculously friendly! Every single sta...ff member I talked to was lovely, kind and accommodating. I have celiac disease and the event organizers notified the hotel in advance. They had gluten free food every day for me, including a box lunch for our half day session today. It was all delicious and more importantly, safe for me to eat (I didn't get sick once, and I'm pretty sensitive)!

Great conference venue. Beautiful rooms with state of the art tech. Delicious food. Best of all, every staff member is super friendly! I'd definitely recommend booking your conference here, it was a pleasure to attend. הצג עוד

Beautifully appointed hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything from a refrigerator to recessed lighting under the cabinets so you can see your way clear in the dark. The Grand Hyatt in Denver are a bunch of scum bags ESPECIALLY your reservations manager Sarah. We booked our rooms for an event 1 year in advance and they are cancelling our reservations because they ...want to price gouge for the event! Great hotel, everything was nice and clean. Rooms were well appointed. The only thing that we didn’t like was the 42 dollars for overnight parking. We had to park down the street to avoid this.

This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby bar has two glass fireplaces over the bar. There is usually someone playing guitar in the lobby as well. The breakfast buffet offers many choices ( try the ...quinoa sausage) and they will make you an omelette to order and the pancakes are out of this world yummy. Without exception, the staff from the valet to the booking staff and waiters are helpful and very friendly. The showers and bath were roomy and felt awesome. I think the valet is overpriced but as I said the staff was great. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the steak was so tender and tasty and I had the best Caesar salad. Great location for events downtown. Rooms are very nice with lots of room to spread out. I stayed in December for my birthday and last night for a concert. The monitor sensor lights in the room and the bathroom was great for when you have to get up in the middle of the night. Also liked the lighted make up mirror so I don't have to bring mine. הצג עוד
