Freshly picked olives from the Galilee being washed and readied to be made into olive oil.

Olives need to be processed into oil within hours of picking to be considered Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The orange blossoms are blooming in our garden and creating a fabulous fragrance along with the lemon blossoms. Because of the abundant rains this winter the soil is drenched and the fruit trees are loving it! 🌳🍊🍋🇮🇱️
