הרשות להגנת הצרכן ולסחר הוגן זיהתה פוטנציאל של ניצול לרעה של ההנחיה שלנו על ידי שימוש במונחים שונים שמייצרים רושם שמדובר במוצר חדש, שאינו חייב בסימון בדבר ההפחתה. למשל "מתכון חדש", "טעם חדש" ו"ריח חדש", ובכך מקווים יצרנים ויבואנים לחסוך מעצמם סימון בדבר הקטנה כנדרש.
החלטנו ברשות לסתום פירצה אפשרית, ואנחנו מפיצים היום טיוטה לשימוע שמבהירה כי מוצר שהינו גרסה נוספת של מותג מסוים, אינו נחשב מוצר חדש או אחר, אלא נחשב כחלק מסדרת מוצרים קיימים תחת אותו מותג. כך גם שינוי/הפחתה ברכיב...י מוצר של מוצר קיים.
משמעות החובה לסמן את דבר ההפחתה ושיעורה של מוצר הינה חשובה לצרכן כדי לעמוד על המחיר האמתי של המוצר. לכן חשוב שלא לבלבל את הצרכן על ידי מצג של מוצר חדש במקום מוצר מוקטן.

Hi,
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from iDigital (your reseller in Israel) Th...ey are unprofessional and have wasted my time and money from the first day I placed my phone in their hands.
For the past two weeks I have dealt with unbroken promises, chasing after representatives and frustration.
On Monday Dec 3rd I brought my IPhone to iDigital (the screen was broken) and was told that I can upgrade and receive an original Apple screen (for a sum of money). I was told it would take up to 5 working days to receive the phone back. 3 days later on Thursday December 6th I received an SMS from iDigital that the phone was sent to their lab, a few minutes later I received another SMS that they tried to reach me but I didn't answer (although I have no missed calls from iDigital). I called and was told that because I have "Find My IPhone" installed on my phone they cannot install an original screen. I was told to remove my phone from the app (which I did). On Sunday December 9th, I received an SMS that they are waiting for my response (although I already informed them that the app was removed from the phone). A representative called me and informed me that she is checking with the lab to find out the status of the phone, and was supposed to get back to me, but she has yet to get back to me. On Wednesday December 12th, after calling numerous times I was told that iDigitcal cannot replace the screen since only Apple can replace an original screen, and now the phone was sent to the Apple lab. We are now at 9 days since the day I brought my phone in, and I still do not have a phone.
This is unacceptable and as a paying customer, I should receive the best service possible. If iDigital cannot replace original Apple screens, then why wasn't I told this from the beginning. I could've avoided all the heartache and time wasted had I have known this information.
I would like you to intervene and return my phone to me ASAP and handle this issue. I refuse to pay iDigital a cent and will find somewhere else to fix my phone if needed.

ביום חמישי בבוקר קיבלתי סמס שמנסים להשיג אותי ולא מצליחים (מיותר לציין שלא היו שיחות שפספסתי), מייד התקשרתי ואחרי שחיכיתי לא מעט זמן עד שענו לי דיברתי עם בחור נחמד שאמר שלא מצליחים להחליף לי מסך מכיוון שטפליקציית find my iPhone פועלת ועלי להסירה בכדי שיוכלו לטפל וכך עשיתי (עם הבחור על הקו שהדריך אותי איך להסיר), לאחר מכן הוא אמר שיכול להיות שבגלל זה הטיפול יתעכב כי ניסו להשיג אותי ולא הצליחו.
נדהמתי ושאלתי אותו, מה יומיים הטלפון נמצא אצלכם ורק עכשיו התחילו לטפל בו ומכיוון שלכאורה לא עניתי להם אבל מייד איך שראיתי סמס חזרתי אליהם אז על זה לעכב??? הרי אתם אשמים שיומיים לא טיפלתם ואילו הייתם מתחילים לתקן יומיים קודם אז גם היינו מדברים יומיים קודם ושלדעתי מיום חמישי עד יום שני יש להם מספיק זמן להחליף מסך באייפון, הבחור אמר שיציין שיזרזו את העניין...
בואו, מדובר פה בשירות שעליו אני משלמת מעל 1000₪ וזה המון כסף!!!
באורח פלא, ביום ראשון קיבלתי סמס שטרם הגבתי להודעה הקודמת ששלחו לי ולא חזרתי אליהם והם עדיין מחכים לדבר איתי בכדי שיוכלו להמשיך בטיפול בנייד שלי 🤷🏼♀️
התקשרתי שוב ועד שסוף סוף ענו לי, הבחורה שענתה- אנסטסיה- אמרה שתבדוק וייבשה אותי על הקו לא מעט זמן ואח״כ אמרה שבמעבדה לא עונים לה ולכן היא לא יכולה לברר מה עם המכשיר שלי ושהיא תבדוק ותחזור אלי, יום שלישי הגיע לסיומו היום ואני עד עכשיו מחכה שיחזרו אלי...
גועל נפש של שירות!!!
