Mira Marcus led our second Israeli Cooking Class on vegetables last night at the J, and it was a delicious success! Everyone worked hard to make various dishes in Laykie's Gourmet Cafe At the J kitchen such as Green Shakshuka, Green Salad with Chickpeas, Pita Chips with Hyssop, and Roasted Eggplant with Tahini & Tomato Salsa.
