I am really sad to report that our experience at AT&T Stadium yesterday was very disappointing and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Our boys played... in the Football Kickoff Classic. We were so excited to experience this opportunity, but quickly after arrival our enthusiasm and hope turned into dissapointment. We were told no food or drinks were to be brought in and that the boys could have water, which quickly ran out. Well the concessions were closed and the Pro Shop had no snacks, and was out of water. So you starve children of food and water for the entire tournament. We tried to talk to several people as they could care less. We learned the restaurant was open. Restaurant? We didn't come to have a sit down meal, we came to watch our boys play and experience Cowboys Stadium. After no other options and staff that had no heart we went to the restaurant. Sadly they turned us away. Said we were ruining their restaurant. They had no idea concessions wasn't being opened and could not meet our needs. They were too behind to serve us and refused to go orders for at least 90 minutes. So i found the lady in charge once again. The communication and customer service were unacceptable. Needless to say our boys were starving and dehydrated. This was a terrible experience for all who attended. Families running all over trying to get snacks, water, Gatorades for their boys, not just our team all teams. Oh we were told we could walk over to fast food and eat in our cars, or walmart? What? Do u think this is how you treat guest. Our boys are on the field playing with the most 30 minute breaks, we should be able to walk up to a concession and get what we need. I expected them to do the right thing. We were also told this event brings them no income, what? Are you kidding, support your young athletes and make it right. This never happened. This is how you treat your future athletes? What a disgrace and embarrassment to your staff and establishment. I will never attend another event here again. I have been several times for various venues and the stadium is clean and very modern which made up for the cons. For a football game party passes I'm not impre...ssed with, safety is an issue. They definitely need to up the security. I was appalled at how hot it was, like a sauna. The prices are high. Lastly after the game we were told to leave, basically forced out while sirens were sounding in pouring rain and a tornado warning. It didn't appear they had a proper protocol in place or the staff we were dealing with didn't know about it. Over all not a good impressive experience last night. הצג עוד

What an excellent experience my family had on the tour of the AT&T Stadium. We are huge Dallas Cowboys Fans, so it was an fantastic family activity. I would lik...e to commend Mr. Ken, who was a greeter today. My four year old son William is a lower limb amputee, and he was using his walker today. Mr. Ken knew our experience would be much more enjoyable with a wheelchair for William, so he retrieved a wheelchair for him and escorted us to the correct level so we could begin our tour. He was utterly genuine and truly interested in our family. As we left, I could not help but hug Mr Ken and thank him for showing kindness to us, even though we were just a small family touring the stadium.

Customer service is a MUST. I understand not everybody likes their job. But they shouldn't put someone so rude at the ticket window. We have been coming here fo...r a few years now for Rally Day. Usually my fiancée would go to the window and get the tickets while me and the kids stay in the truck. She made him come get us, which is fine. But when the next guy came to the window he came to get his family's tickets and he was by himself. Guess what, they gave them to him without having them present. Rules are rules, but they should be for everyone. Then she gave us a hard time about the VIP tickets. Again, if a customer says something and u don't think he is correct, get a second opinion. Because she gave us the regular tickets, we came back to the truck and had to research it. Then she asked her supervisor. Maybe she is having a bad day. Customer Service is a must when dealing with the public. Rant over. Go COWBOYS. הצג עוד

I would like to thank Patrick who helped me with my handicap father. He was very accommodating and helpful. He made my father's first ever Cowboys game, a wonde...rful experience. He went above and beyond. I didn't get a last name. He was an older gentleman, who wore an Event Staff vest and knew every handicap ramp and shortcut. Awesome job, Patrick! 12.26.16 הצג עוד

AT&T!? Even tho this is about the stadium, the company sucks! AT&T Uverse is our local cable supplier down here in North Carolina. They cut the game off before it was over. I don't care about the schedule, if it's live they should show it!

Loved it so much It was my Birthday Dec. 18 2015. I spent the weekend there, and i went everyday like a child at Disney World for the 1st time. Man this Place is Truly sAmazing and Something to see. Can't wait to get back there in 2017 If God Says So...Love it.

I went to AT&T Stadium for WrestleMania 32 back in April and I must say that the seats were okay but other than that I had a really fun time it was also my 1st ...time at AT&T Stadium seeing my 1st WrestleMania. #WeDemDeans attended the Cowboys vs Ravens game! We enjoyed it! Great seats! Small but the view was great. The Cowboy's spirit was high and we won! My daughter and I toured ATT Stadium this past weekend. The Stadium exceeded our expectations! What an impressive facility. I have been to many sporting venues ...and ATT Stadium is more like a museum than a sports arena. Congratulations on keeping the facility so immaculate!

Reason #147 Why The Cowboys Suck: Wanted to use the elevator, to go to the second level of the Pro Shop; because I don't do well coming down stairs.

Was told ...I couldn't use elevator unless I had a Stadium Tour Ticket. The Dallas Cowboys discriminate the disabled.

Well we drove to Arlington today took us 4 hrs only to have to turn right back and come home. We were sold tickets on Stub hub that were for silver lot 14 which... we thought were for travel trailers. We got there and the attendent said they could not accommodate us due to having wrong tickets. We told him we called directly and he said we were not the only ones they had to turn away today. It's a beautiful Stadium I enjoy going to the games. And every time I go the the games I enjoy myself. I try to go at least once a year always looking forward to going to my next game.to see all my Cowboys family.its fun beening around a lot of cowboys fans.
