The head of the Colonization & Wall Resistance Commission (CWRC), Mu’ayyad Shaa’ban, declared that the Israeli occupying state has carried out 1872 attacks during January 2026. Mr. Sha’ban pointed out in the monthly report of the Commission, “Violations of the Israeli Occupation State & Colonizers in the Occupied Palestinian Territories”, that the Israeli occupation forces carried out 1404 attacks, while the colonizers carried out 468 attacks. These violations were concentrated in Hebron Governorate, which witnessed 415 attacks, followed by Ramallah & al Bireh Governorate, which was subjected to 374 attacks, and Nablus Governorate, where 328 attacks were recorded. Meanwhile, 201 attacks were recorded in Jerusalem.

January 7, 2025: Minister Mu’ayyad Sha’ban, Head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, stated that Israeli occupation authorities, represented by the so-called "Israel Land Authority", have issued a major tender for the construction of 3,401 colonial units in the E1 area, east of occupied Jerusalem. Mr. Sha’ban highlighted this move as a gravely dangerous development, signaling a rapid acceleration of assaults on Palestinian land through settler-colonial schemes.

January 7, 2025: Minister Mu’ayyad Sha’ban, Head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, announced that Israeli occupation authorities have appropriated 694 dunums of private Palestinian land in the towns of Kafr Thulth, Deir Istiya, and Bidya in the Qalqilya and Salfit governorates, under the pretext of designating them as "State Land."

January 5, 2026: The head of the Colonization & Wall Resistance Commission (CWRC), Minister Mu'ayyad Sha'ban, reported that, in 2025, the Israeli occupation forces and colonizers committed 23,827 attacks against Palestinian citizens and their property in the governorates of the West Bank. This represents a record high for the number of attacks documented within a single year. The attacks were categorized as follows: 1,382 targeted land and trees, 16,664 attacks targeted individuals, while 5,398 attacks targeted property.

12 Dec. 2025: The head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, Minister Moayyad Shaaban, stated that the Israeli so-called Cabinet’s approval of the regularization and establishment of 19 new colonies across the occupied West Bank constitutes another step in the race to erase the Palestinian geography in favor of the Israeli colonial settlement project.
