Yorumlar: Our goal was to increase engagement and encourage our employees to be more involved by sharing their opinions and giving their input on different kinds of company-related content. After two weeks only, we already saw an increase in our activity on social media! The leaderboard and the rewards are good ways to motivate advocates to be more active on the platform, share content, etc. And we have picked some cool rewards that provide a nice incentive.
