The platform works very well and you have the Adobe stamp guarantee in terms of compliance and security.Overall, Adobe Commerce is a solid platform for e-commerce, but it could be improved with better design capabilities and simplified features.

Quick to set up, but limited. Back-end navigation to be clunky, and customizing the front-end look and feel to be quite a difficult task and/or a lot of resources to put into the task. Some of the features seemed to be overly complicated and cumbersome.

High technical dependency for customizing the platform. Also, there are no much themes available like Shopify.
