Uso para marcar reuniões

Vantagens:

Sempre foi muito útil para fazer uma pesquisa de disponibilidade a longo prazo, contribuindo muito para a marcação de reuniões e encontros.

Desvantagens:

Em um primeiro momento é um pouco complicado para entender sua dinâmica de uso

Interface não tão boa para acesso móvel

Vantagens:

É rápido e fácil para uso em desktop, possível visualizar a preferência da maioria em caso de agendamento em grupo, além de permitir selecionar horários de preferência e de disponibilidade total, o que é bem útil para agendamento com muitas pessoas.

Desvantagens:

A visualização em aparelhos móveis deixa a desejar, as vezes não sendo tão fácil visualizar todos os horários disponíveis para um agendamento.

Útil e funcional

Vantagens:

É bem prático quando se precisa decidir uma data com muitas pessoas.

Desvantagens:

Faltam algumas funcionalidades que poderiam facilitar muito, como integração com a Google Agenda para agendar automaticamente o evento após X respostas.

Doodle for Team Events

Comentários: This is a good program for a team project to delegate and see what everyone will bring to the table.

Vantagens:

I liked how I could create a Doodle Event and have everyone share things that they would be adding. This was an easy way to share with a team to make sure no one was doing the same exact thing.

Desvantagens:

This product seems to continually improve and so I cannot think of anything I don't like about this software.

Scheduling meetings has never been easier!

Vantagens:

I love this software. It has made my life easier in scheduling appointments, group and work meetings, but also in managing my personal commitments! I appreciate so much the possibility of synchronizing all appointments from phone to computer and I love the interface that shows the week with each appointment colored differently.For me, the function of editing and sharing calendars with work colleagues is fundamental, who can insert notes or automatically move meetings when they need to. THE Furthermore, the program automatically rearranges the schedules when there are two overlapping appointments after a shift!

Desvantagens:

I would like to have the function to "hide" personal appointments, because at the moment it is possible to schedule work and personal appointments separately on the calendar. You know Instead, it would be nice to have all the appointments on a single calendar and decide which to make shareable and visible to other work colleagues and which to remain hidden and private
