Poderia ser menos burocratico. So isso ! Mas muito bom !

Comentários: Paycom is a wonderful tool for small to medium organizations looking for a single system to manage Human Resources related tasks and processes. Employees spend less time managing their time, information, and benefits which results in more productivity. Performance management has become more visible organization-wide

Vantagens:

Performance management is a key feature that allows me to efficiently track and manage my team's performance. Instead of a one-time, resource consuming performance review cycle, Paycom allows me to add notes throughout the year so end-of-year performance reviews become a snap. We recently implemented Paycom expense which has streamlined submitting and approving team and department expenses. A key feature is the ability to create expense templates for monthly recurring expenses, saving valuable time and energy. Benefits management simplifies what could be a complex process to research, understand, and enroll in company sponsored benefits. In particular, a single dashboard displays all of your employee benefits making it easy to find what you're looking for and make changes along the way.

Desvantagens:

We've recently tapped into Paycom's My Learning module. I'd like to see an investment in content development areas like security and compliance to further leverage Paycom as the main source for employee training. Paycom's UI design and navigation feels outdated compared to similar software.

Paycom is a great payroll resource

Comentários: Overall paycom has been very reliable and processing payroll and time off requests is easy for everyone

Vantagens:

It is very easy to use and understand. Also making corrections and adding notes to time cards is easy and corrections get processed quickly

Desvantagens:

No cons or complaints This is the best payroll/timecard resource I have used

It’s not buggy and I like that it will keep you logged in

Desvantagens:

It didn’t feel like there was many great features outside of the time clock

Paycome makes it easy

Comentários: Clocking in on mobile is so much faster. It's almost a reward not losing time authenticating on a computer. This is the best I've gotten in experiences with corporate apps.

Vantagens:

What I like the most about this software is the ease of use. I can simply click it, launch it, unlock myself and then choose if I'm clocking in out for lunch/the day in mobile. The interface is super simple and shows you any notifications or anything that HR might have requested from you. Going on from there, you have all the same options as the web based version when you're using it mobile, including managing your time and submitting for time off/vacation. It has your benefits as a readily accessible, easy to get to tab and puts everything right at your finger tips.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it does get stuck. You might have to sign in twice. But that really is it. Once before it double-punched but I was able to quickly fix it.
