Xtime is necessary for any busy service department!

Opmerkingen: Xtime is the best system for service. Period. We no longer have issues of appointments being mysteriously moved because accountability is built in. Before Xtime, it was nearly impossible to track and recapture declined services. Xtime helps a lot with retention as well. You can set up campaigns in Invite to make sure your retention numbers stay where they need to be. It's easy to customize for your service department's needs, including changing prices on the fly. Brilliant software that integrates perfectly with your DMS.

Pluspunten:

I love the way that every aspect of the Xtime suite compliments each other! Recapturing declined services has never been easier, thanks to Inspect and Invite. The software is genius. It's easy to track accountability, capacity and performance. You will see revenue increase if you implement Xtime in your service department and use all aspects of the software correctly.

Minpunten:

The setup can be tedious. If you do not have it setup properly, you will not see the benefits you should. It's crucial you take the time with your Xtime rep to make sure it's setup they way it needs to be for your shop. Sometimes, with a new system, you're not sure what questions you need to ask and that can make it a long process to get things right!

Pluspunten:

Xtime is very user friendly, integrates with Vin Solution and Dealertrack. A must have for a busy service department!

Minpunten:

Sometimes trying to customize capacities can be a bit tricky, but overall the product works great!

Xtime wants to do everything.. If only they'd do it well.

Opmerkingen: While I understand why management wanted to consolidate operations to one platform, every program Xtime replaced was better than Xtime's version - and this even felt true when Xtime updated versions of their own system. As an employee, it was quite frustrating to have systems that worked be taken away to be replaced by something that kind of did the same job but not as well. I preferred to work with separate programs that focused on doing one thing effectively than one program that did everything but only passably, causing a lot of frustration and generating extra work to make up for the shortcomings along the way.

Pluspunten:

Customers like being able to make appointments online; Xtime aspires to have every automotive service need served by one platform, which SOUNDS like it would be great if they could iron out the problems; Xtime Classic was user-friendly until it was discontinued

Minpunten:

Xtime scheduler is clunky - every time we had an issue, the solution to fix it would cause other issues to crop up instead; I went back and forth with support for over a year on multiple issues that were still unresolved when I stopped working in the related position; any time Xtime tries to roll out new functionality it instead causes myriad bugs to pop up in the existing operations so it feels like one step forward two steps back; Xtime support answers quickly but their ability to actually resolve issues seemed limited

We love how easy the system is to use for our BDC team as well as our customers. Very happy with the support if we ever need help.

Minpunten:

The "next" button is hard to see on some screens, so hopefully they fix this.

Set Service Appointments w/ Ease!

Pluspunten:

Allows you to set service appointments easily! Tracks services being sold the most, tracks daily appointments and everything in between! The software even tracks how long it takes to book an appointment or even how many appointments certain users book a day! This software allows you include product pricing so if customers set these appointments from their device they know what to expect when coming in! This software also sends follow up and reminder messages to customers and users!

Minpunten:

There are no cons when it comes to using XTime!
