Avantages :
I like the service provided when we ask for assistance. They seem to offer good help and to have knowledgeable people for what I need.
Inconvénients :
The software is sometimes cumbersome to use and requires assistance.

Avantages :
Ease of use and solid performance. Worked well for trial and project at the time. Would definitely recommend to colleagues.
Inconvénients :
Didn't use it long enough to really find fault. It's just not in our budget at the time. Would definitely use again if needed.
