Avantages :

Guesty est un logiciel de traitement de location pour une bonne gestion des affaires sociales de son entreprise , c'est très efficace.

Inconvénients :

J'aime ce logiciel j'ai pas encore d'inconvénients.

Commentaires : Je suis très satisfaite, mn account manager Céline est très réactive, Guesty a vraiment pris en compte mes commentaires et a su gérer les problèmes auxquelles j'ai été confronté lors de la mise en place du système.

Avantages :

Le design du logiciel est assez intuitif, facile d'utilisation et complet. J'apprécie particulièrement les Messages automatiques qui nous font gagner un temps fou, l'application pour smartphone qui permets aux équipes sur le terrain de bien faire leur travail et le Yield management pour gérer mes tarifications très facilement ! Le calendrier et la Inbox sont aussi très complet et permettent très facilement de mettre à jour les informations de chaque réservation.

Inconvénients :

Je pense qu'il y a des progrès à faire pour les clients français car le logiciel est au format americain pour les dates par exemple ce qui est un peu gênant quand on fait des rapports d'activité ou autre. Il y a aussi régulièrement des bugs techniques mais les problèmes sont généralement résolus rapidement.

Commentaires : Il est agréable d'avoir un contact pour répondre à nos enjeux et nous guider dans l'utilisation de Guesty.

Avantages :

Guesty est un bon outil de gestion pour optimiser son temps grâce à la centralisation des demandes entrantes.

Inconvénients :

Quelques bugs de synchronisation avec d'autres logiciels qui ont amené à utiliser Guesty différemment, en attendant que les fonctions souhaitées soient disponibles.

Guesty is Amazing!!!

Avantages :

Guesty has been an amazing platform for our company. It has provided us with more features than ever before, streamlined all of our processes, and is very user-friendly. Everyone at Guesty has been amazing to work with as well. Guesty Support is always available to help with any questions or issues very quickly. Our Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden], has also been great to work with during our transition to Guesty and still is a part of our success today.

Inconvénients :

Guesty has been great to work with and if there is anything you dislike, let them know. They likely already have something in the works to change or streamline any processes or aspects you dislike. If not, they will likely help get you what you need!

Started out great, last 6 months have been a nightmare!

Commentaires : when we initially started, we only had 1 listing. in the 4 years we've been with them, we now have 52 listings. we loved their software, and specifically chose them because of the 20+ providers we tested, they were the only one that had a grandparent, parent, child relationship, allowing us to be more flexible in our creation of listings. However, in the last 6 months, their software made changes to our listings on its own, with no approval from us as the user. as a result, during our busiest season, we went from an 82% occupancy, to 58%. it took months to identify the issue, and still to this day, guesty still hasn't identified how it happened or provided a solution to fix it. we've had to create our own work around just to avoid the issue. on top of that, we also found out that their integration to booking.com was not mapping correctly, and rather than fixing the issue, we were told to delete the listing and create a new one, loosing years of reviews and other data. On top of all these errors, we worked with the team at guesty to create a pricing structure that was more in line with other providers in the market, signed a new contract with them, and still to this day, they still have not implemented those pricing changes to our account. Lastly, trying to get any response from the guesty team takes days at best, but most likely will be weeks before you actually get any kind of headway leading in to months before anything is actually resolved. for an account we pay thousands of dollars each month, we don't have a dedicated account rep, and the customer service is atrocious,

Avantages :

They are the only PMS system we've been able to find that allows a Grandparent, parent, child relationship when creating listings and having those listings block the correct corresponding properties

Inconvénients :

their price is absolutely exorbitant, their customer service is horrendous, and within the last 6 months, their software (without any changes requested by us as the user), made internal edits to scheduling that costs us thousands of dollars

Warning: Guesty Free Trial Disconnects Other Airbnb Management Software!!

Commentaires : I wanted to create a trial booking site with Guesty, but their process required I link my Airbnb listing first so the listing content could be used on my new Guesty booking site. But when I connected, my existing Airbnb connection to a different booking manager was lost, and my entire Airbnb calendar showed as available! I started to get bombarded with bookings for unavailable dates. Disconnecting Airbnb from Guesty's interface wasn't enough... I had to go to Airbnb & remove the connection there too. Then reinstate all my bookings & decline a bunch of booking requests which caused a lot of angst & harmed my Airbnb status (thank goodness I didn't have instant book turned on!!!). All my minimum stay rules were wiped out at the same time (even though they'd been created on Airbnb). At no point did the Guesty free trial advise that Airbnb only allows one property manager software to be linked, and if I connected Guesty, it deleted whatever I'd previously set up. Incredibly unprofessional and hugely inconvenient.

Avantages :

Fast setup, easy to understand. Price seemed fair.

Inconvénients :

Inflexible process for guest to book is illogical if you're a host with only one property (it too many steps, designed for when there's multiple properties to select from). The Guesty Airbnb setup DOES NOT WARN YOU that by linking your Airbnb account, you'll lose any other active connections you have with Airbnb.

Commentaires : Better than Lodgify, streamline, and Escapia. However, Guesty is not good for enterprise property managers.

Avantages :

Integrates with AirBnB very well. [sensitive content hidden] is a rockstar.

Inconvénients :

Accounting sucks, not past data for cancelled reservations or homes that have off-boarded, slow to update key API connections.

Commentaires : Overall, the experience is positive and Guesty offers the best option for what our company needs.

Avantages :

The customer service team is the best part about Guesty. They are very quick to respond and help.

Inconvénients :

I don't love the automations feature for communicating w/guests. It is confusing and seems overkill. It is not easy w/70+properties with different needs and multiple platforms.

Commentaires : I greatly despise this company and would never do business with them, or recommend them to anybody. There are several other options that are way better. I would use anybody, but this company has most of them have all the same features, but most likely have a staff that actually cares about what they are doing. The [sensitive content hidden] of this company Obviously set the tone that the only thing they care about is profits and it shows their whole team. Good luck trying to get something done with them or get good customer service.

Avantages :

They have many apps that you can integrate with and use for your properties especially if you just do regular vacation rentals.

Inconvénients :

The integration process was a nightmare they bought our previous company Kigo, and stopped supporting it and forced us to switch over. We had a catastrophic nightmare integration with Vrbo, which would’ve put us out of business. If we didn’t think fast and change the whole nature of our business, nobody over there cares about anything none of the employees are the least bit concerned with anything. They could care less about you as a client.

Their platform is not just user-friendly; it's a hospitality powerhouse. Managing bookings and communicating with guests, accounting, lock management, distribution channel management, Merchant service, automations and more are a breeze. What sets Guesty apart is their unmatched customer service. They are always easy to reach, and their team genuinely cares about their hosts. The level of support and attention they provide is unparalleled. In the world of property management, Guesty is my go-to. I wouldn't think about switching – they've redefined the hosting experience with their hospitality-centric approach. If you want a software partner that truly values its hosts, look no further than Guesty.

Avantages :

Guesty is easy to use, has the best UI, hundreds of quality of life features most channel managers do not have, almost 0 limitations. The list goes on. I have my own account manager [sensitive content hidden] that we have biweekly meetings scheduled to go over new features, questions, etc.

Inconvénients :

There is not one thing I have negative to say. If I ever have an issue, they most likely have an answer or a workaround.

Avantages :

Guesty has gone above and beyond to tailor their services to our unique needs. Everyone we work with has been fantastic--namely our onboarder [sensitive content hidden]. Additionally, Guesty's Help Center is truly unmatched--it's next to impossible to find an issue they don't have an article to support.

Inconvénients :

Not really a true "con", but since we do 30-day minimum stays only, having the ability to use Price Optimizer by month versus nighly adjustments would be nice.

Commentaires : I think has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I will never consider using this platform again.

Avantages :

Initially, it was very easy to set up and integrate with my Airbnb listings.

Inconvénients :

The free trial ended, and my Airbnb listings were still linked to Guesty. This was interfering with my booking settings and causing havoc with our booking calendar. When I logged in there were limited settings due to the free trial ending, and it would not let me unlink Guesty from my Airbnb account. I contacted customer service. They were unable to unlink the accounts on their end, but assured me that if I reactivated my account by paying for a subscription, I would be refunded. Upon completion I reached out again and now they have informed me that I will not be refunded.

Commentaires : It is nice as long as you don't need help ! If you ever need support for technical issue, you will regret doing business with them.

Avantages :

Easy to use and good looking. It made the property management easier with automatic messages and other nice features

Inconvénients :

We randomly had problems one day, our account has been deactivated mysteriously. Our bill was paid, everything was normal, but no more syncing and impossible to work with the system. One day before, they charged us all the commission for upcoming reservations and seem to have pulled the plug with us (long term customers, which did noting bad....)It is impossible to get ahold of the customer service, nobody can help and they close my online tickets without resolving the situation!

WORST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED

Commentaires : Overall i felt like i was Beta testing their app for them. THe calendar function on my phone never worked correctly, i was not able to manage bookings in their app, i never recieved push notifications to let me know there was new activity, you will have to manually handle collecting payments yourself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avantages :

Syncing Airbnb was very easy but the other vendors took weeks and it made a huge mess of my calendar which resulted in double bookings.

Inconvénients :

Customer service: there is no phone number, they create a ticket for each issue you ahve so if you ahve more than one, which i had about 6, i had a ticket for each issue. I never heard back from the same person and never succeeded in fixing any of the issues I had.

User-friendly and wonderful customer support

Commentaires : My experience with Guesty was amazing - from distribution up to managing our reservations, everything is great! The live chat function makes everything convenient.

Avantages :

What I like about Guesty is that it's very user-friendly and has all the features and functions you would need. Customer support is great, and it can be used with a huge number of third-party tools.

Inconvénients :

They can do better at pricing by implementing better customization for their rate strategies. They can improve their monthly pricing capabilities similarly to most pricing software, where you can do both STR, monthly, or long-term pricing.

Our customer success manager, Joshua, has been incredibly helpful throughout our experience with Guesty! Although we've run into a handful of issues during our time as a Guesty client, he is always quick to respond and find solutions for us.

Inconvénients :

As Guesty has rolled out new features over the last couple of years, we experienced lots of bugs in the early days of new features.

Be Careful Of Hidden Costs, Lack Of Support, And Billing Issues

Commentaires : Buyer beware. Although the functionality is good, the onboarding people are not transparent with costs. With VRBO and direct booking, it is necessary to set up a payment processor, which in my case I had to set up 5 for 5 different LLCs. Guesty encourages you to use Guesty Pay, which in my case I had to pay 5 different activation fees of $50 I wasn't aware of, as well as a $20 monthly fee on top of 10% processing fees. They basically are telling me too bad I should have read the disclosure closer. There is a lot to do to onboard and I missed it. Guesty is relentless about encouraging nervous new users to buy there add ons. I also have my 5 different LLCs set up to be billed for Guesty Management Software separately, and they keep billing one account, which causes overdraft issues. I keep getting the run around saying they are aware of the issue, and are forwarding to the correct team - BUT IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS WITH NO HELP.

Avantages :

I like the synchronization of channels, and the calendar.

Inconvénients :

Not an easy way to share calendar with cleaner unless they use the app. Unified inbox is glitchy with VRBO. Guesty tries too aggressively to push their products on you, without transparency of costs. They have billed the wrong account several months in a row. Customer support is very slow on some matters.

Awesome Property Management System

Avantages :

Guesty is a great property management system, it is very user friendly and handles most of out day-to-day operations like a breeze. It is a great system that offers so much more than meets the eye. [sensitive content hidden] is the most amazing representative and it is always such a pleasure to speak with her. She is super helpful and always makes sure we are taken care and our business is getting the most from Guesty as possible.

Inconvénients :

Some features are not yet available in Canada.
