A great efficient way to manage our accounts

製品を使ってみた感想: Echobox has been a real asset to the Audience team at The Independent. When we first started using it in December 2017, it still had the odd hiccup, but it has improved so imeasurably since then, I rarely have problems - and if I ever do, Echobox are very responsive and helpful.

良いポイント:

I like that Echobox is easy to use, and feels like it complements our media output. It is accessible, so it's easy for me to teach others on the team, and in the company more generally, how to use it. I like that we can run so many social media accounts through it. It has saved us valuable time we used to spend on posting, and really helps us deliver more traffic to the site.

改善してほしい点:

I suppose that the number ranking on stories could be a bit better tuned in some areas, but largely I know when something is numbered a bit wrong. Also, it would be nice to expand some features, such as the time frames you can view (maybe adding in some more specific, 1 hour, 30 mins, etc...).

"A huge time-saver and growth-driver"

製品を使ってみた感想: Using Echobox helps us coordinate much more easily between the different team's posts and saves several hours of work every week. Since we started using Echobox, hour performance on Facebook increased rapidly.

良いポイント:

Echobox is extremely easy to use, even for team members that are not familiar with social media posting. It is very helpful to be able to easily access analytics to see how posts performed in order to decide what to re-share or optimize. The ability to set up A/B tests within the tool has greatly supported our growth.

改善してほしい点:

We are very happy with the provided features and user experience. I cannot think of any major negative aspects.

Echobox, Great Expiriance

製品を使ってみた感想: During couple of years working with Echobox we really managed to understand better world of social networks, behavior of our readers and followers. AI is definitely interesting feature that gives new prospective.It leaves time for our journalists to be concentered on content and its really great from our (smaller newsroom) experience. And it is good for newsrooms where it is important that journalist are involved in process of social networks management

良いポイント:

1) This software really enables you saving time (and human resources) with all in one approach regarding social network management2) AI approach generates better results (impressions, CTR, etc...) on social networks - definitely (important for news web sites)3) Its really easy to use, all that have been engaged with it got the grifts in one day (from gen X to gen Z)

改善してほしい点:

For news web sites (by our expiriance) AI part of the "package" can be limited in really "hot" breaking news situation

製品を使ってみた感想: Really unpleasing, the sales team never answered on why their promises were in fact lies, we lose precious time trying to fix it where actully the truth: that simply does not work...

良いポイント:

Avoid you to have to think about time slots and that's it...

改善してほしい点:

impossible to post videos... And the increase of reach NEVER happened, all the opposite, our reach was WORSE. The IA was useless (no posts in the afternoon for no reason).

Echobox is an indispensable social media tool

製品を使ってみた感想: Knowing what content our audience prefers to read is critical, and Echobox always provides. The app is so easy to use, added with unique features, that we feel it compliments our content. It is a real time-saver. In truth we cant imagine how work on social media was before Echobox.

良いポイント:

Knowing which of our articles will be read the most from our own specific audience at any given time, thus maximizing our reach and engagement. Its automation and posts scheduling saves us valuable time and stuff, especially after working hour or weekends. The app is our ally when we need it the most, ie. when something goes wrong, like a missing article photo or a miscropped one or a spelling mistake in the title. Its analytics console is so easy to browse through that you can quickly locate the best articles to reshare on another day or which news content interests our audience in order to write more articles about it.

Nothing yet, but even when we have a question about something, their support team is quick to respond, helpful and polite.
