Excellent software for a small to mid-size patent practice

Commenti: User interface is very clear and intuitive. Continux's staff has been very helpful and implemented new functionalities that I have suggested. Very positive overall experience.

Aspetti positivi:

Ease of use is at another level compared to the solutions offered by global software giants. Features are very well thought and beneficial to virtually everyone. Number of features is limited but in a good way. Those fields and functions that you would never use anyway are missing. Continux has made a good job in evaluating what is essential and what is irrelevant.

Aspetti negativi:

I decided to do myself the initial deployment which was a bit of a burden but that would also be the case with any other software.

Die digitale Zukunft von Patentabteilungen und -kanzleien

Commenti: Die Corona-Krise hat eindrucksvoll bewiesen, dass lokal installierte und damit nicht Home-office fähige IP Management Software heute schnell Geschäftskritisch werden kann. Für Digitalisierungsbereite, kleine und mittlere Kanzleien und Patentabteilungen ist Continux daher heutzutage ein Muss.

Aspetti positivi:

aus der Cloud zugreifbar, Smartphone-kompatibel, Cybersecurity, DSGVO-Konformität, regelmäßige Updates, einfache Bedienung, Skalierbarkeit generell und ein skalierbares Preismodell

Aspetti negativi:

Von kleineren Bugs abgesehen, gibt es für mich keine Nachteile.

In der Einführungsphase: direkter Kontakt zur Entwicklung; offen und flexibel bei der Implementierung und beim Import bestehender Daten; Im Betrieb: Webzugriff und damit Nutzung flexibel auch auf Tabletes möglich; einfache Bedienung; globale Suche sehr funktional; Neue Funktionen: offen für die Implementierung von neuen Funktion

Aspetti negativi:

Noch Potential bei: flexiblere Reports und Datenfilterung; Erweiterung der statistischen Funktionen

10 Jahre zufrieden

Commenti: Wir setzen als kleine Kanzlei auf Continux, und das schon seit knapp 10 Jahren. Continux war seinerzeit das einzige Tool als Cloudlösung. Unsere Entscheidung war richtig: Die IT-Administration überlassen wir den Experten bei Continux, die bei Bedarf sehr gut erreichbar sind. Der Datenschutz ist optimal, da die Server in der EU stehen. Als Pilotkunde hatten (und haben) wir außerdem die Möglichkeit, Continux teilweise nach unseren Wünschen mitzugestalten. Die Fristenverwaltung kommt seit kurzem in neuem Design, was für uns eine erhebliche Arbeitserleichterung bedeutet. Continux ist robust und zuverlässig. In den 10 Jahren unserer Nutzung hatten wir keinerlei Systemausfälle zu beklagen.

Cloud-Verfügbarkeit, kein eigener IT support nötig

Aspetti negativi:

Die inzwischen stark verbesserte Funktion zur Fristenüberwachung war lange umständlich zu benutzen. Das hat sich inzwischen aber geändert. Die aktuelle Version bietet, was wir brauchen.

It is quick, easy, gets to the goal directly and really helps us to save time and to concentrate on our operational and strategic goals without dragging along unnecessary effort. Particularly noteworthy is the innovative spirit of Continux GmbH, which is always at the forefront in search of relief and implementation for my team. We are very excited about the new feature.

Aspetti negativi:

We would have saved ourselves a lot of work had we discovered Continux earlier!
