We use ThankView for our annual fund thank yous and other special campaigns. What I like most is how easy it easy to use! You are easily walked through the steps to launch your video campaign, and that makes it so easy to start/continuing using this product. I also love that the software comes with an amazing account/support team!

Nothing comes to mind honestly! It's been a seamless process learning and using this platform.

Commenti: We have used ThankView mainly for our annual giving program, it has been a nice addition to our normal solicitation process.
Aspetti positivi:
The ability to use excel spreadsheets of constituent data is extremely helpful however, it would be nice to also be able to integrate with our database. The ability to request videos and combine multiple videos together is very easy.
Aspetti negativi:
The inability to upload information for multiple individuals with the same email address within the same campaign.

ThankView is a valuable tool to support all stages of our fundraising!
Commenti: ThankView was a blessing to us during the pandemic lockdown - it allowed us to make personal connections with our current families, alums, and even our colleagues, via video when we could not hold meetings in person. We were able to check in with donors, continue to cultivate relationships, and even solicit gifts during that time. We found this to be very important to our older constituents who were often isolated.

Not only is ThankView user-friendly and quite intuitive, but it is also fun to use! Our messages on this platform are well received by our constituents as evidenced by our significant open- and click-through rates. ThankView has supported the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of our donors in a unique way that stands apart from an email or printed letter.

Easy to use and impactful video tool
Commenti: We wanted to increase the amount of personalized stewardship that our team sends without increasing the number of staff. ThankView has allowed us to use video at scale, sending personalized touches to many people with a small investment of time.

ThankView is simple to use - the website walks you through the steps to creating a successful video landing page and makes it difficult to mess up. I love the ability to create custom landing pages with different imagery depending on the focus of the video. I also appreciate how easy it is to use a single video to send personalized communication to many people. Even if we don't say an individual's name in the video itself, the ability to include their name in the email and on the landing page makes it feel truly personalized. I also love that we can have users record videos directly in the ThankView system, which makes it easy to add them to landing pages.
Aspetti negativi:
I find the system very intuitive on the whole. I did experience a small learning curve in understanding where within the system I can create branded landing pages and envelopes outside of creating them within a campaign, but that was easy to overcome.
