Comments: The data from the storage has deleted by use knowingly or unknowingly, we will identified the users who deleted the data and when it could be deleted.

Pros:

We will get the information about the file level changes done by whom. Audit reports also one of the key point

Cons:

Graphic user interface can be update to advance according to current practice in market

Excellent Real Time File Monitoring and Access/Audit

Comments: This tool is helping us ensure compliance with various security protocols.

Pros:

This software delivers on the essential tasks required for security monitoring files by running real-time and audit reports of who, what, where, and when. The software can trigger alerts and help quarantine potential ransomware and provide in-depth event logs for investigation. The tool also helps with reporting for compliance with SOX, HIPAA, FISMA, GDPR, PCI, GLBA Another favorite feature is analyzing files and disk space to help free up valuable datacentre space and remove redundent and old files.

Cons:

No overall cons, would love to see further enhancements for security/risk assessments.
