Alternatives Considered:
Wellness software that does really well!
Comments: Been using this software for over 4 years, it is consistent and supports most operations of the salon. Interacted with many members of the Zenoti and they are always forthcoming with solutions and ideas. We now use Zenoti as the core software and integrating with other software to compliment and support the day to day functions of different departments.
Pros:
- Real Time - Easy access & navigation - Setup and implementation is quick - Support and troubleshooting is quick - Mailer on regular updates, testimonials and industry best practices
Cons:
Chat support on complex scenarios/ requirements. Sometimes it takes the whole day. Its easier to discuss complex requirements over the phone.

Comments: It’s been great due to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Change is hard and he’s really helped us get to the system we need and want. I like the personal touch with our rep.
Pros:
[SENSITIVE CONTENT]. He’s been Amazing at helping us adjust to the change. I Ike the way it looks and there’s some really easy functions to it. I like the class sign up.
Cons:
There’s some things that are fluid with a yoga studio. The inability to change a clients membership between packages, for example is we do a challenge and they have an existing package, I would like to have the ability to set priority in pricing options. So the system will pull from the challenge or the most important one and leave the class passes I also do not like thaT you have to open an invoice to change the date of a memberships. We will our chase a membership say on Friday for a student who took class in a Monday and it’s a lot of steps to do that.

Do not use this company. Honesty and Integrity are not what they represent.
Comments: TERRIBLE. Their team will tell you what you want to hear to close the sale, but there is no follow up after the sale. The lack of follow up is then followed by lies about what they are doing to fix the problem.
Pros:
We liked the Promise of what this company could do - However we never got to experience it.
Cons:
We were excited to use this company for our software because of everything they offer. We explained that we needed a quick onboarding process and were assured that this would happen. We paid upfront for onboarding and the first month's service. At that point we couldn't get anyone from the company to respond to us for 15 days. Since then, we have been promised a refund for over a month a now, and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] keeps assuring us that it's been issued and it's on our banks side. They are not a truthworthy company, they do not do what they say. Buyer beware.

A very great upcoming Product!
Comments: We started with lots of downs as our setup process and some of our other system functionalities where not working. As more and more updates started to occur and we where given a rep for the product we where able to get all the assistance we needed to get rolling. I truly enjoy the experience and functionality now for this product and it has grown exponentially since we first started with it. I truly Believe it is the best product on the market right now!
Pros:
The ability to consolidate multiple functioning systems into one.
Cons:
There are so many features and access to fully customize that it can get really overwhelming during setup

Comments: So we were just having a lot of issues with our old software provider (Booker) - feature roll-outs were taking forever or not meeting timelines, had to resort to using 3rd party software for certain features (and then occasionally having sync issues), the API to our payment processing not working and either not charging customers (or worse, double charging them), the software site being down for whatever reason, slow, bugginess, etc impeding upon our receptionists ability to do their job, the list goes on. But there is a lot of inertia once you are in a software, especially for several years like we were, but once we decided to add locations we knew we had to take a hard look at the market. Zenoti thus far has met all of our expectations, freed us from the issues we were facing, and given us additional horsepower to optimize our business and increase our utilization that we are looking forward to using. They even were able to provide us savings on our payment processing, which I thought was close to impossible as we had looked at other payment vendors over the years and thought we had it as good as it could get. Plus having actual people to connect to with our issues if we need them, a help desk that can dig into your issues when you have them LIVE (albeit sometimes takes a while, I wonder if they are a bit shortstaffed there), and a high functioning system makes this a relationship we see going on for a long time.
Pros:
The software is essentially enterprise-grade, so when we made the switch as a SMB local spa there were a TON of settings/questions we had to go through at setup, but the team does a really good job of understanding your processes and requirements and getting the software dialed in appropriately. It is a product that fits us for today and well into the future, and the additional features they keep rolling out just continue to make our business more efficient and our lives easier. When we went from 1 location to 2, we went back to market to look at software alternatives (we were on Booker), and Zenoti just jumped out at us as the best alternative. We were using a 3rd party for our loyalty program, and another company for email marketing, and were able to consolidate it all within Zenoti, which is better for us and better for our customers. Now it's one system for everything, and someone in one location can see the schedule or know what's going on in another location, our customers can choose where they want to visit us at, and it all works seamlessly without having to go back and forth or worrying about it something didn't sync or something got missed in the master data.
Cons:
Biggest thing we are missing (and we have put in an enhancement request) is the ability to prioritize certain staff over others, as we try to book certain people first before we book others. Also wish we could allow staff to get text messages when appointments are booked for them, as most people function by text, but with the new Google/iOS calendar syncing this may be a decent alternative. Also the length of appointments is odd when you have appointment time plus buffer time that all looks the same, so wish there was a way to grey out buffer time or make it different so our receceptionists can discern easier if they need to reduce buffer time a bit to fit in an additional appointment.
