Pros:
What I like most about the Fluida platform is the ease of use. The software is very intuitive and because of this it was immediately useful. Another aspect that really stands out for me is how much time you save by being able to turn to a single platform for all your work needs; whether you’re requesting time off, quickly checking which colleagues are available or sending work related communications.
Cons:
There is really nothing I dislike. I just wish there were even more functions!

The ease of use is extreme software is very intuitive and therefore it was immediately useful. Easily integrated, it has proven to be useful to facilitate internal management and communication processes

I found no problems with this application. Everything has worked well for me so far anyway

L'intero flusso di richiesta e approvazione ferie dura veramente pochi secondi, evitando tutti gli inconvenienti legati all'uso delle email.
Anche il calcolo delle presenze a fine mese, per l'elaborazione dei cedolini, è stato estremamente semplificato.
Pros:
Fluida permette di semplificare una serie di operazioni che, in diverse realtà aziendali, ho sempre trovato complesse e dispendiose. Ad esempio, Fluida semplifica estremamente la gestione di ferie e permessi, sia per chi li richiede che per chi deve approvare e ritengo che questo vantaggio sia tangibile anche a partire da team di piccole dimensioni.
Cons:
Non ho ancora trovato mancanze particolari da segnalare al team.
