Huge upgrade over quickbooks

Comentarios: Tremendous upgrade over quickbooks.

Puntos a favor:

Job Budget control screen and interactive reports on job costs in real time. Implementation team was phenomenal at helping to deal with the challenges of leaving an inferior software.

Contras:

The migration from quickbooks was very challenging and time consuming. But that is much more an indictment of quickbooks than it is of Jonas.

Great Software with Excellent Customer Support

Puntos a favor:

This a robust software that includes both financial management and project management functions. Having both functions under one platform is fantastic for our operations team. The full suite of project management functions means that we do not need additional software to fill gaps in functionality. The best feature is the customer support! The team at Premier actively seeks our feedback, always makes themselves available when we have major issues or simple questions, and the actually use the feedback to develop new features that make the software easier to use. The fact that we can make a suggestion and have it implemented in a relatively short time frame is extremely valuable to us.

Contras:

At the start there is a bit of a learning curve, but the software is very intuitive so people learn quickly. There were some modules that were slightly cumbersome but Premier has been pushing significant updates that have solved those issues and expanded functionality significantly.

Accounting & Project Management in one software is finally here!!

Comentarios: Premier has helped me become more organized and more confident in going as paperless as possible in 2023.

Lien module, Subcontractor module, Signature module

Contras:

Billing for multiple properties under one AR Customer, to show all on one invoice but sub-total for each property then grand total for final invoice. As per some of our clients request.Not be able to run payroll through PremierNot be able to accept credit card payments from clients through Premier.

Customer Service

Comentarios: I do not like the program as it takes to many steps to create invoices and find it to be a waste of time during billing. there is not a way to customize our invoices per the clients needs.

Although I do not like the program I have been impressed with the support I receive when needed. Tharani has been an amazing help to me.

Contras:

The amount of steps to create anything!

Flexible enough to fit our needs

Comentarios: Our staff is small, so having a cloud based system was a must. We needed an easy to use system that was flexible and so far, Premier has delivered this.We have a variety of project and we are not a general contractor. Our needs are unique, but working with our implementation specialist, we were able to configure the system to work for us.

Puntos a favor:

The software is configurable and customizable so was able to provide what we need. Each of our projects are different and Premier is able to work with each project's uniqueness.

Contras:

It would be great to have a report writing tool throughout all modules. Some of the reports are not configurable within the software.
