Easiest Project Management tool to learn and use

Kommentarer: It has been a relief in the organization because we all use it for our projects and since we do, the weekly meetings became faster and precise, because we check pending task immediately after we start.

Fordele:

love how intuitive it is when you use it for the first time. You can easily create a project management board within an hour or two with all the tasks you have pending. The free version lets you create up to 10 boards and invite as many team members as you want which is amazing. The power ups are also really good for connecting with gmail for example.

Ulemper:

Some cool features like setting deadlines for a checklist inside a card is not included in the free version, which is understandable.

Fordele:

The system of labels on the boards, easy collaboration in accessing co-workers and having deadlines helps to streamline the daily work.

Ulemper:

Workspaces are limited for free users and many features are paid. However, it meets the minimum expectations in its free version to work normally in collaborative projects.

It's super simplistic so the learning curve is very low.

Great projects managing software for anyone starting out with a small team

Kommentarer: Trello was a great software to get my feet wet, sotospeak, when it came to getting the hang of using a project management software for my business. It definitely helped me to graduate to the next level in my ability to keep my team productive. Even as my team has grown, I have decided to keep the Trello software for the purposes of managing all of my management teams scheduling, tasks, and etc. Because, as I have said throughout this review, I found as my business grew that Trello is made for businesses that are just starting out and need something to help them learn the ropes of project management. Or, they are great for businesses that have a small intimate group of team members. So, overall I would say my experience with using this software to keep my team on time, on task, and on the same page has been a good one.

Fordele:

There are a lot of pros when it comes to using this software. It's great for listing projects in order of priority, managing projects, as well as being able to update the workflow and track the progress of each project. It is great for anyone who has a team of at least two or three people.

Ulemper:

The only issue I really see here is the fact that this software is obviously built for someone who is just starting out, or only has a team of, at most, five people. So, if you are looking for something to help delegate work and keep everyone on the same page for you management team, this is perfect for you. However, if you are planning on managing a large scale personnel operation, I would supplement this software with something else that can help you manage a larger group of people.

Kommentarer: Trello has changed our work for the better. I honestly don't know how to operate without it!

Fordele:

Trello is so easy to use and even with nearly 4 years of daily use, I am still figuring out new ways I can use Trello at work. The emails and tutorials are super helpful as well.

Ulemper:

I cannot think of any cons. If there is something "lacking" we can usually find a solution with power-ups.
