Emtiaz: Hi, my name's Emtiaz. I'm an administrator. I give QuickBooks a five out of five. For more reviews, just click the link below. We use QuickBooks for simple bookkeeping. Being a small business, we also use it for our profit and loss comparisons and putting in all our finances for the year and analyzing it. What I like most about QuickBooks Enterprise is that it's really easy to use. You don't need to have an accounting degree to use it. It's user-friendly for everyone and just makes bookkeeping simple. There isn't much that I don't like about QuickBooks Enterprise. What I would change about it, however, is maybe just adding a little more features here and there, but honestly, there's not much I can say that's not good about it. Overall, it's a good program.

"Worth the price tag"

Overall: I started out learning QuickBooks on the desktop version for a previous job, and the software has come a long, long way since then. The online version is well organized, easy to use, and in the three years I've been using it I've never run into a single glitch.

Pros: QuickBooks online gives me one place to track everything related to money for my small business: income, expenses, taxes, and payroll. It's easy to set up and use, and I like knowing that even when I'm not paying as much attention to some of the bookkeeping as I should, it's still being tracked for when I have time to get to it.

Cons: It's a little pricey and the help/FAQs aren't always that helpful, but those quibbles are greatly outweighed by how easy and useful it is.

Alternatives Considered: FreshBooks

Reasons for Choosing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise: One of the things that makes QB worth the price tag is that it includes *everything* a small business needs. Rather than having to track income, expenses, taxes, and payroll in separate places, everything is linked and organized in one place.

Switched From: FreshBooks

Reasons for Switching to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise: At least at the time I made the switch, FreshBooks didn't support expense tracking or tax software integration.

"Quick books for better company financial management "

Overall: Overall the system is amazing the features are easy to work through and would recommend it to any person with or without accounting knowledge

Pros: The ability to handle the whole counting practice from billing, invoicing creating estimates payments processing, generating client reports and bank transactions management all in one software is awesome and reduces the work load greatly this is all it takes to make it the best software i have used for accounting

Cons: Ability of users to delete and edit records and the system not having system logs to show who did it is quite a let down users should not be able do do so and in case of any changes a log history should be sent to admin to show who and what was edited or deleted

Alternatives Considered: Zoho Desk, Sage 50cloud Accounting and Axure

Reasons for Choosing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise: easy interactive user interface with uncomplicated features and availability of tutorials all over the internet made it easy to implement

"Best entry level software for Small Business "

Pros: The software is extremely simple and easy to use. The core task I use the software for are simple and quickly obtainable.

Cons: I wish that it was easier to reconcile the program with multiple bank accounts. Being a small business we have multiple small accounts and it seems near impossible for everything to report correctly at the same time.

"QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise"

Overall: QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise provides me with the tools that my business need to streamline finances, inventory and other operations. Quick book has now made it easy for my business to adapt to the software in acheiving specific needs. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has also offered variety of exqusite features, including: financial reports, inventory management, order management, and customer and vendor tracking. This was the comprehensive solution that i was missing for my business. I highly recommend QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for businesses of all sizes.

Pros: I like the software because it is very versatile and can be customized to fit the needs of my business. The software also has a lot of features that are very impactful, such as the ability to track inventory levels and sales trends.

Cons: Its robust customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities can help you keep track of your customers and their interactions with your business. However, I find its interface to be a little cumbersome.

How do I get the most out of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise?

Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise is going to immediately pay for itself and its annual fee if you're running a business with 50-200 accounts payable/receivable. Having a robust, but not necessarily fancy, digital filing system (Excel, tabulated hard copies) is going to be easily portable into quickbooks, and from there, analytics can be exploited for value and time saved.

You must use it to the fullest. Make sure you start brand new with a beginning balance in your checkbook. Add all your customers in. Pay all your bills, so make sure you add all your vendors in. Reconcile your bank statement from QB. Do all your a/r and a/p reports and sales also. Add all your inventory in the beginning so you can keep good track of inventory.

How is QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise different than other Accounting platforms?

QB has a number of apps that will sync with various aspects of the QB software suite. Individual apps can be used for payroll, employee time management, pricing, etc., but there's no app that will do all the things the desktop software does in one interface.
