- "I like the ease of taking credit card payments and that I can see all my transactions from the handheld with out an issue and that I can keep it all password protected."
- "The mobile POS option is great and has made navigating the Pandemic and Curbside orders much easier. Another feature I and my customers love is the ability to check-in."
- "My overall experience with Clover is positive and it encourages me to shop more because the rewards are worth it."
- "Clover offers affordability for small businesses that do very little processing. If you want a stable system and have relatively simple needs, Clover is a great option."
- "When you receive your payments, it comes minus the days fees and their merchant statements don't match the deposits. You will never be able to reconcile, they are probably stealing."
- "We were being over charged by them and when we addressed the issue, they stopped depositing our transactions. Their effort to "fix" was disastrous."
- "I am not sure if part of this is my bank but I am currently paying for a clover mini I am unable to transfer or switch. The communication between the bank and clover seems to be convoluted."

Josh: Hi, my name is Josh. I'm a web designer. I would give Clover a five out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. I hadn't used anything. I just needed something to be able to, at trade shows and different places out and about, to have a payment processor, to be able to process payments for products and stuff that I was selling to customers. But at this point, I found that there was really nothing really that worked, that actually integrated with WooCommerce really well. So I decided to go to a different route, and just find something totally separate. Clover was the best one I found, due to how their payment structure works and working with real small businesses.
So when I found that WooCommerce had really nothing that could work with a good outside processor for point of sale, I decided to look around and there were about three different ones I looked at. Clover had everything I needed. They had a real small portable unit that hooked to my phone. I could just real quickly type in the amount I needed someone to pay me, and we could run their card and it was super simple. And they had a payment plan that was basically nothing per month, and it was just fees for the actual payment processing. Little bit higher than their monthly fee, but when you use it so little, it's a fantastic plan for just using it once a month or a couple times a month to take payments for your products.
Super simple to get started. They had some really good help for me with people over the phone. They were real nice and helpful and got everything going for me. I wasn't sure exactly what plan to go with, so they gave me a lot of pointers on what I should do, kind of where the costs would vary, depending on how much you're using it and which plan you actually did. It was a really easy setup. Basically, you can just get on their site and get your account going, all the standard information, and attach it to your bank account. Really not too hard at all. And then the last thing was the actual unit, the Clover unit. And all you do is, essentially, I believe it's Bluetooth, and it just connects straight to my phone. All we need to do is press the button that allows it to start syncing with the phone, and you can find it on there and you get the app and you're ready to go and put in your number, amount of money you want to actually charge, and run that card, and you're done.
So the main advice I would have is just make sure you know what plan you want to get, and know how much you're actually going to use it. If you're only going to use it a few times, go with the free plan. No reason to actually pay when you're not really using it too much. So, that's the main thing. I'd probably run a card also before you actually go out, to actually try it, make sure it works. And then the last thing is at least have decent internet connection on your phone. So even if that's like a 4G or something. You can probably even use it with a 3G, but probably work a lot better with better internet connections.

"Use in my small businees"
Overall: Clover has been an excellent option for taking payments in my stores.
Pros: My coffee shop uses clover devices as our POS system. The software is convenient and easy to place in a store. It features many apps that make it applicable to nearly any market. They also have many accessories- the main one we use are the receipt printers (small and regular size), the handheld tablet, and the customer interface screen.
Cons: Over time the clover tablets do slow down. We frequently reboot them to rev up the speed.

"Simple to set up and configure. Simple to use. Flexible reporting options. Decent Support. "
Overall: Clover simplified payment processing for us with easy to use devices and flexible reporting options.
Pros: Our overall experience has been great. The Clover portal is simple to set up and devices are easy to configure. Clover devices are wireless and easy for staff to use, with good user level security and flexible reporting options. We have had no issues with the devices or the service since going live.
Cons: If there is any WiFi interferance the devices can disconnect from the internet and prevent payment processing, this is not a Clover issue though.
Switched From: Heartland Payment Processing
Reasons for Switching to Clover: Heartland devices were not supportive of where we were going with automation.

"Clover"
Overall: Clover is great in the event that you will have steady business the entire year, wish to have stock control, and have a solid web association.Clover is ideal for restaurants, as well as any client-confronting organization (whether an eatery or other retail and so on) that has different workers because of its shift in the board. Clover is extraordinary when you are evaluating different limited-time offers and limits also, like cheerful hours at eateries. It is less suitable for an independent venture with not many workers, or sole ownership, which probably won't utilize every one of the additional elements Clover brings to the table.
Pros: Clover coordinates in its activity a stock control system that is refreshed in every exchange, this permits the client to certainly stand out in the renewal of stocks, consequently assisting with staying away from the stock misfortunes and permitting to quickly work out continuously the benefit and revolution of the item.Because of the security and effectiveness given by Clover we can deal with our installment payment system in a quicker and more robotized way, by utilizing their electronic gadgets we have fundamentally worked on the speed of our conveyances and the lift it produces to the consideration of potential customers.pe capabilities with most perusers.
Cons: The arrangement of the application could utilize some improvement.I feel like the application is somewhat aggravating to explore. Not outfitted towards bigger associations.Very few areas of customization.

"Wolf in sheeps clothing"
Overall: Clover is a terrible company to work with. I chose them because of the hardware design. Had I known that there would be ZERo support and ZERO customer service I would not have chosen them. They answer the phone, but there is ZERO service or support. They do not help at all
Pros: Semi easy to set up. Equipment has decent design
Cons: Customer service SUCKS. It is non existent. Force you to print long tickets when all you need is an order number. Cannot delete info you dont want/need to print. Support ...well what support. Have been trying to get support for two months.

"Easy to implement and maintain - loaded with great features!"
Overall: Quick customer service, and a excellent interface, clover make POS a great option.
Pros: Easy to learn and use, with great ability to track inventory and customers.
Cons: The clover monthly pricing nearly doubled in the span of a month, backing out cafe into a corner. I'm still frustrated to be paying for the same features with a $50/month increase.
